Zodia Custody Launches Custody Services for AUDM Stablecoin

Zodia Custody has announced the launch of custody services for the Australian dollar-backed stablecoin AUDM, offering cold storage solutions. This makes Zodia the first global custodian to support a licensed Australian stablecoin. AUDM, issued by Macropod, is backed 1:1 by Australian dollar reserves and is supported by an Australian Financial Services License (AFSL). The stablecoin has already been listed on the Australian exchange Independent Reserve and was part of the Reserve Bank of Australia's Project Acacia pilot.
