This development enables direct access to users' private bookshelves, highlighted notes, and reading habits, enhancing the personalization of book recommendations. Users can now utilize six core data access capabilities, including viewing their entire bookshelf, analyzing reading habits, and receiving tailored recommendations based on their reading history. The feature aims to streamline the process of managing personal reading data, replacing the need for third-party scripts or manual exports. Privacy is maintained as data accessed through the API Key is visible only to the individual user.
