Securitize, backed by major institutions including BlackRock, Morgan Stanley, ARK Venture Fund, Tradeweb, and Nomura, focuses on tokenizing traditional assets like the S&P index. The company is registered with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission as a transfer agent and holds licenses for operations in parts of Europe and Japan.
